Key Account / Inside Sales / Customer Service Manager

Seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and grow sales through active engagements with existing and potential customers. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, hard-working professional with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations, handling inquiries ranging from basic pricing requests to complex sales order creation and triaging inquiries and issues requiring support from other teams. Reporting directly to our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and consistent communication with our customers, and team members.

Responsibilities:

•              Oversee customer service operations including timely order processing, pricing requests, invoicing, and general customer inquiries.

•              Lead new customer acquisition efforts and track progress.

•              Introduce new products to customers and monitor progress.

•              Conduct webinars for training distributors and sales reps.

•              Recruit and manage customer service team.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

•              Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 4 years of inside sales / customer service experience.

•              Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivering CS responses that are both accurate, kind and firm.

•              Ability to lead and motivate a team, maintaining focus during extended periods of high organizational demands.

•              High level of integrity and ability to positively communicate transparently and professionally.

•              Detail Orientated, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

•              Bonus: General knowledge of automotive and/or marine electrical systems.

Requirements:

•              Full-time exempt position. Ability to work 40+ hours weekly depending on circumstances.

•              A Windows-based laptop or desktop PC with a stable high speed internet connection.
