Production Assistant

Our company is seeking a skilled Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our products. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with team members and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, the candidate must be able to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and maintain the production schedule, ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget. 

• Work alongside team members to ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. 

• Assemble products with consistent speed and accuracy. 

• Operate tools correctly and maintain them with care. 

• Maintain a clean and safe work area. 

• Observe all safety guidelines, including no cell phone use outside of breaks and lunch time. 

• Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Prior experience in a production environment preferred. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. 

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members. 

• Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to adhere to them. 

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
